Growth
Philodendron lundii is a fast-growing tropical evergreen plant that grows to a maximum size of around 4 metres (14 feet) by 1.5 metres (5 feet). The natural habitat of Dwarf Tree Philodendrons is moist, tropical and humid but also sheltered from the sun by larger forest canopy trees.
In climates where the temperatures rarely drop below 10°C / 50°F, the mature plants can be grown outdoors in shady or part-shady locations. In cooler climates, Dwarf Tree Philodendrons are grown indoors as an ornamental where their environment is easier to control.
